Details on Prosperity Meditation

Begin in Easy Pose...Take a couple deep breaths to center your Self to begin to meditate. Rub your hands together and bring them to prayer pose. Chant the Adi Mantra Ong Na Mo Guru Dev Namo, 3 times. Which means I bow to the Divine Teacher within. This meditation has a warm up exercise prior to the meditation.

1. Relax your arms by your sides with palms facing forward. Alternately bend each elbow bringing your palm to the center of your chest, but not touching your chest. Do not bend the wrists or the hands. Move as fast as you can. Establish and maintain your rhythm and breath. This can be done 3 to 11 minutes.

This exercise clears out the lymph glands in the upper chest, makes the heart healthy. It works on both sides of the brain creating balance between them. It will make you quick to know what to do.

2. Sitting in the same postion, loosely connect the fingertips to equalize the energy, leaving the thumbs separated and extended. Fingers are loosely separated and the hands are relaxed. Look down 60 degrees through your hands. Chant "HARIANG" 16 times on each breath. Each chanting cycle takes about 13-15 seconds. When chanting HARIANG the tip of the tongue touches the rough of the mouth, behind the front of the teeth to make a "r" sound. (Think of your high school Spanish class). This meditation can be done for 11-31 minutes.

This meditation will make you super sensitive. It will make it intuitively possible for you to live creatively to your own potential and tap into the opportunities around you.

HARIANG means "Shiva, Destroyer of Evil." It is a powerful mantra that brings wealth and intuitve opportunity.

To close out the meditation, rub your hands together and bring your hands to prayer pose. Repeat the blessing "May the long time sun shine upon you all love surround you and the pure light within you guide your way on." Say this two times. One time send it to your Self, the second time, to our meditation group or someone you know who is need of the blessing. Take a deep breath and chant long Sat Nam. Repeat 2 more times. Bring your hands to your forehead and bow .

Sat Nam!
