Kabadshe Meditation for Prosperity Creativity and Protection



Greetings new, returning and crash n burning R & B Yogis! We begin this 40 day meditation on a rare Blue Moon in Sagittarius. 
Sagittarius is asking us to dream boldly and fiercely. And this second full moon in May is an opportune time to release limiting beliefs and envision a more expansive vision for your life. The themes that will be amplified on this full moon are wisdom, freedom and higher purpose. Let's keep this in mind as we embark on this 40 day journey calling in prosperity, creativity and protection. 

POSTURE: Sit in Easy Pose. If you are unable to sit in "easy pose," you may sit on a hard chair and cross your feet underneath you. 

TO BEGIN: Roll your eyes in and up towards your third-eye by crossing your eyes at the bridge of your nose and then lifting your eyes about an inch and a half. Rub your hands and bring them to prayer pose in front of your chest. 

On two breaths, chant the opening mantra ONG NA MA sip air through a rounded mouth then chant GURU DEV NAMO which means "I bow to the infinite wisdom within." Do this 3 times. MUDRA: Make Buddhi Mudra with both hands by bending the pinky (mercury) finger and locking the mudra with your thumb on top of the pinky nail. The other fingers are relaxed but straight.
Let the arms extend straight and rest over the knees.

MANTRA: 

SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RANG HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RANG

Chant the mantra in a monotone (not singing) for 11 minutes. 

SAA means the Infinite, the totality, God. It is the element of ether. It initiates and contains all other effects. It is subtle and beyond. HAR is the creativity of the earth. It is the dense element. It is the power of manifestation, the tangible, the personal. 
Become completely still, physically and mentally, like a calm ocean.
If listening to the mantra recording, listen to the chant for a minute. Feel its rhythm in every cell. Then join in the mantra.

NOTES:

Antar Naad Mudra is the meditation that opens the chakras for the full effect of any other mantra. It is a sensitizing meditation for the impact of the inner sound current. It is the base of all mantras. The original practice of mastery in mantra required that you master this before any other mantra practice. The esoteric structure of the mantra is coded in the qualities each of the sounds represent, and the rhythm that weaves them together into a coherent and powerful effect. These sounds are woven together then projected through the sound of ANG or complete totality, like the original sound AUM or ONG. Anyone who practices this meditation is granted prosperity, creativity, and protection against attacks. It gives new power to your words. It brings luck even if you are a scoundrel. 

TO FINISH: Recite the Warrior Healer's Affirmations Warrior Healer's Affirmations.

TO CLOSE: Rub your hands together and bring them to prayer pose, palms touching thumbs pressed against your sternum. Chant Long SAT NAM on one breath. Repeat this three times. Bring your hands to your forehead and bow as far as you can. This seals the work in your frontal lobe. Your center for decision making. May we make informed decisions.
