Sat Nam Wahe Guru

Earth to Heavens

"As above so below" is a practical alchemical metapor that describes this inextricable connection between our finite, earthbound, existence and that of the cosmos. When our desire is in alignment with Divine Will we have gained mastery over our matter-ial existence...spiritual alchemy.

In this meditation, Hast Kryia, we will be cultivating graceful power and knowledge from Jupiter. Jupiter controls the medulla oblongata, the neurological center of the brain and the three brain stems. This meditation will change your personality if done for 22 minutes every day. Power will descend from above and clear you out of anger and obnoxiousness.

TO BEGIN:
Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight with chin in and chest out (Jalandhar Bandh). Rub your hands together and bring them to Prayer Pose with your thumbs against your sternum and your shoulders rolled back and down. Your eyes rolled in and up towards your third-eye brow point. Inhale through the nose and chant ONG NA MO GURU DEV NAMO (I bow to the Divine Teacher within) on two breaths. Listen here for the ADI MANTRA
MUDRA:
Pointing your index finger (Jupiter finger) and locking your other fingers down with your tumb. Touch your fingers to the floor on "SAT. "
Touching your Jupiter fingers above your head on "NAM."
Touching your Jupiter fingers to the floor on "SAT."
Touching your fingers above your head on "NAM"
Touching your fingers to the floor on "WAH-HAY."
Touching your fingers above your head on "GUROO."
Touching your fingers to the floor on "WAH-HAY."
Touching your fingers above your head on "GUROO."

The Mantra, SAT NAM WAHE GURU, is a jupiter mantra. It is so powerful it can hold the Hand of God, or hold the hand of death.

Sat nam means, Truth is Gods name...Wahe Guru means, Great beyond description is the wisdom of God.

TO FINISH: Recite the Warrior Healers Affirmations in Gyan Mudra, your index finger pressed against your thumb.

TO CLOSE: Rub your hands together, bring them to prayer pose and chant SAT NAM (Truth is my Identity) on one breath, 3 times. Bring your hands up to your forehead and bow bringing your hands and head to the floor. This seals the work in your frontal lobe.

So there it is...get thee behind me obnoxiousness! But none of you are obnoxious, right?!

If you have any questions, or if anything comes up...you know where to find me!

Sat nam, Shalom, Salaam!
